Vision Statement
Mission Statement
To provide biblically-integrated education, through progressive learning approaches that will promote spiritual growth, academic excellence, social responsibility, and personal development, equipping students and adequately preparing them for life-long learning, in collaboration with stakeholders.
Core Values
Excellence
In line with our vision and mission, we dedicate ourselves to continuing improvement towards excellence in our respective roles as IUCS personnel and engendering the same for our students.
Integrity
In our commitment to Biblical prescriptions, we strive towards uprightness and probity in our mindset, speech, and actions. In so doing, our erring personnel and students undergo proper discipline, alongside spiritual counseling towards renewal.
Unity
Personal harmony with Christ as Lord and Savior creates group harmony and cooperation in relationships, work undertakings and aspirations for the school as a whole [oneness in mind and spirit].
Christlikeness
An intimate and growing relationship with Christ manifests Godly character that generates blessings for officers, personnel, students, school and community as a whole.
Servanthood
As an outward result and manifestation of maturity in Christ for each IUCS stakeholder and student, expressed mainly through humility in service, the desired Culture of Excellence, Integrity, and Unity is thus created.
